Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026.
The short version
You can use PadelGearIndia without an account, without filling in a form and without cookies from us. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you send us by email, and what our hosting provider needs to deliver the site.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We don't use this data to identify or profile you.
If you email us at hello@padelgearindia.com, we use your address and message only to reply. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful to answer you and delete it when you ask.
Links to shops
When you click through to a shop, you leave our site and that shop's privacy policy applies. If the link is an affiliate link, the shop or an affiliate network may record that you came from PadelGearIndia, usually with a cookie, so they can pay us a commission. We may see which product was sold and for how much, so we can check the commission. We don't receive your name or contact details.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a complaint. Email hello@padelgearindia.com. Wilfred Pelkman handles these requests and will reply within 30 days.
